About the role

The purpose of this role is leading relationships with departments such as Digital, briefing the customer and being responsible for owning and driving relevant projects. This role is vital to the Buying team with administration being a key element.

Role Responsibilities

Ensure all product descriptions are correct and optimised for SEO and selling.
Ensure the website has all relevant information/images and is launched on time
Responsible for briefing and signing off any new packaging
Support the Buying Team with all day to day tasks and the preparation for seasonal sign off meetings
Liaise with internal teams, stores and suppliers being the key contact for the department
Responsible for extensive competitor and product research

About you

Resilient and able to use constructive feedback to build upon your personal development
An excellent communication with confidence at all levels across multiple teams
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong numeracy and literacy skills with great attention to detail
Experience in working in a digitally focused environment and/or personally be a digital shopper customer
